Delivery Confirmation (tracking number) is free on all orders shipped
priority mail in Zones 1-4. If an order is being shipped to Zones
5-8, it will have to be shipped parcel post and an additional
$.65 will be added to your order if you wish to have a tracking
number. Please indicate in the message line at the shopping cart
if you wish to have a tracking number. Please see the chart below
and look for your 3 digit zip code prefix to determine if you are in
Zones 5-8.

not happy with what you receive, please contact me immediately so that a
refund check may be issued and arrangements made to send back the
unwanted item (does not include shipping charges).

orders are shipped via United States Postal Service (USPS).
*Special order items may not be returned or exchanged.
*Total shipping
and handling charges for all CANADIAN
orders will be re-calculated after the order is received. Please
select "All other states" in the shopping cart. I will send you a
confirmation with an updated total. At this time, I will no longer
be accepting Checks or Money Orders from my Canadian customers due to
additional bank charges that I incur in order to cash the check or money
order. Visa, Mastercard or Discover only, please. I am sorry
for this inconvenience.

Refunds & exchanges will be processed up to 4 weeks from delivery
date.

All refunds will be sent in the form of a check.
*I'm sorry, but there are NO refunds on shipping and handling
charges.

usually ship within 1-5 business days. Delivery times are subject to change,
depending on the time of year
